Embrace the bizarre.
It is closer to home than you (we) think.

OK, Liz, this is just too weird. Not so much what you wrote, but the
bizarro post you quoted from "Bob Gasparro", who as far as I can tell is
not and has never been a subscriber to UC List.

So many strange things.....

First of all, who is Paul?? The Walrus was Paul?? No surname given.

Second, weird qualifications for whatever it is this guy is trying to
prove:

"Matt, myself and Paul have all been inside the Arts League dozens
  of times"

"We know the swim club and tennis courts at 46th and
  Spruce St."

"Matt just hosted the perfect UC wedding last Saturday and you may have
seen us parade down
Baltimore Ave. to the reception at 42nd and Spruce St."

(This last one BTW is truly frightening and conjures up visions of naked
Dukabhors in bras marching down Broad St or something.)

Lastly, the inevitable reference to the secret doomsday cult of FOCP, not
to mention that "We've each been active with planning DeSales Night".

Come on, Liz, WTF is going on here? You've obviously kicked over another
dunghill of conspiratorial strangeness and revealed yet another layer of
our bizarro hood. Care to explain yourself????

I agree with Bob, and point out he has a strong background in finance and

I think Bob Gasparro is both a CPA and Lawyer.
I know he wrote my "Will" and final health directives.

Matt Wolfe is also a good lawyer.
I was not sure he was accepting private work again.

I know many good lawyers, but the ones I like best work in public service
fields and can't (or won't) accept private consulting.

Since I am in "Real Estate", the recent requests have all been related to
Deeds, Mortgages, Title, Zoning and Boundary issues.
Jim is very good and willing to work in all of these areas.

My referral of James Moran, our 47th street neighbor, for these matters,
is in no way meant to diminish any of the other good attorneys who live
in, work in, or have a positive influence upon our neighborhood.

All the best!
