He was amazing. I saw the exhibit of rarely seen Weegee's at the ICP
in NYC last year, some with his notes still written on them. Also a
newspaper he began because he thought the mainstream media wasn't up
to the job. It was very cool.
There was also an exhibit of wonderful photos by a South Korean
Photographer who does REALLY long exposures, like 24 hours. They were
incredibly beautiful.
