Well yes there have been changes and increasing D minority strength,
seemingly fueled by people who moved out of the city. But how many offices and
councils are controlled by D's?

Are you suggesting that Montgomery County is a one party county? It was
very
Republican at one time, but not anymore. Regards Denise

>>Sorry, I meant the R's</SPAN> are worse than bored i.e. engaging in voter
fraud with presumably racist motives.  It's not that they're lying to vote for
a white candidate, they're lying to vote against black candidates.  If they
voted where they live, chances are there are a plethora of white republicans
they can vote for, with the added bonus that the R primary is meaningful in
many
suburbs.  (Speaking of which, how come all the people complaining about the D
dominated, nearly one party city had nothing to say about the R dominated, one
party systems in the burbs and rural PA?) And what did Karen say anyway?  I
only saw her clip of Sharrieff.

are using fraudulent city addresses and changing to D?  It sounds worse than
bored...
