I have a positive experience to share with the list.
Yesterday, I called a city department to get some info, was transferred about 3 or 4 times within that dept and gave the last person a request. Today I stopped in, requested a look at the material, had copies made, paid for them and picked them up to take home. Amazing! All within 10 minutes. sk
