Thanks for the heads up. Did you have a blue bin with recycling out,
along with the trash? When I got my not recycling ticket it was because
I put out the trash but not the recycling. I was saving up the
recycling to take to the fire house. Since they didn't see the blue bin
they assumed I wasn't recycling.
It was an easy ticket to fight, aside from the pain of taking a day off
work and getting down town. I showed the judge(?) a photo of my car
filled with recycling and a print out of the CPN website explaining the
scholarship program.

from recyclables. THere is a guy walking around the neighborhood right
now. I had two cans each with bagged kitchen trash. My landlord took
photos. If you have a minute, you might want to take photos of your
trash just to be safe.
