Thanks for the exact procedure. I had resolved not to wait any longer when you
posted the info.

I think this period of silence, (just checked UCD web site again), is enough
indication of stonewalling. The refusal of further contact on the issue by
their listserv liaison and research coordinator, Melani, shows the comitment to
avoidance of the issue.

I had a discussion about this incident with a Representative of the PA House of
Representatives at yesterday's free speech rally. I have other directions to
go with complaints about this incident. I'm sending my IRS complaint Tuesday.

I won't have time for the list, but I'd be pleased to receive any suggestions
on appropriate action steps in light of the UCD stonewalling. I plan to work
tomorrow on the complaint to Municipal Court and make the initial appointment
with ACLU. Apparantly, ACLU is busy because there are a lot of constitutinal
problems. Imagine that?

By Wed. I hope to have my request to Penn officials for clarification of
reports about a separate community court for Penn students under the
jurisdiction of Penn Police. I got some good advise about that issue.

Thanks again and I wouldn't wait much longer for the investigation results or
help from our friend Melani.

Glenn

Apparently, you wrote this "lawsuit" thing without bothering to read the
reference about filing complaints I gave in my posting. No lawsuit. A letter
with copies of the newspaper articles, item from Channel Six, and the URL of
the video is all it takes to trigger an investigation by the IRS. The IRS does
the work because it regards violations of tax-exemption regulations extremely
seriously.

Anyway, how long do you think it would be right to wait for an answer from
UCD before concluding they were stonewalling?
