Why can't we have a "Improvement Organization" where the $ is based on non-profit status, and we don't use any of the other organizations (non profit or otherwise)? Ok, so some people don't like the UCD, Penn, FoCP, or some other organization (or individual people). Is there a reason why you don't want the neighborhood improved with better lighting, cleaner streets and sidewalks, or better safety/security?
