It appears the puppy is about four months old, has been altered (male) and is not chipped. The breed is unknown, although he looks like a yellow labradoodle/sheepdog. I will check petfinder and craiglist. I have had a few people show interest in the puppy. I will try to find the owner for the next few days and then I will place the puppy.
