Oh is definitely looking for crossover Democrats in the fall. His reasoning is: all five Dem At-Large candidates are shoo-ins, so what's the point? The only actual contest, then, is between Republicans -- five of whom are running, only two of whom will be elected. If the two GOP incumbents are elected, they will be Frank Rizzo and Jack Kelly. Oh argues (while remaining careful not to sound disloyal) he would be better on many reform issues than either of those two.
