Wow. The whole impetus for my buying a house 7 years ago was that Chestnut
Hall raised my rent to a "ridiculous" $600/month for my efficiency
apartment, and I figured I might as well own something if I was going to be
paying that much.  I'm trying to imagine the house I could buy if I could
afford $2800 a month.
