Isabel, Because of some kind of complex contractual issues, I think it's actually operated through the company that does all of Drexel's other food/dining services. I know that, unlike other Starbucks, the employees are not allow to solicit tips.
Otherwise, same overpriced coffee and pretentious product names. But it does taste good!
