As someone pointed out previously, the bullying and
intimidation that has occurred on the list is merely a
reflection of mean-spirited patterns that exist in the
physical neighborhood. The first time it was
suggested that I might resort to some type of criminal
retaliation against the good neighbors was at the
UCD/FOCP Quality of Life Task Force. The story is an
additional example of how low UCD and its civic ass.

Lots of folks have commented about the Penn Real
Estate, UCD, willingness to call our parks and
neighborhood dangerous wastelands filled with
criminals. Among some elite boards of the civic ass.
gangs, the ad hominem attack is the primary tactic
used to dismiss the comments and dissent from
outsiders, otherwise known as our neighbors. As UCD
intentionally creates divisiveness in our community in
order to grab power, the tactics often converge.
UCD and FOCP set up this Quality of Life Task force
from Sept 2001 to March 2002 to place the users of
Clark Park on trial. The leaders of the FOCP gang
made complete jackasses out of themselves with one of
their UCD style surveys. I had begged them to stop
their bullying or I would be forced to show that the
survey was not the result of stupidity; but was a mean
spirited disingenuous attempt to manufacture a non
existent problem. I didn't need histograms or bar
graphs to expose the FOCP leaders.
Since these plutocrats could not possibly take me on
in a civil discussion, secret complaints by
unidentified good neighbors were substituted as the
evidence that clark park festivals were dangerous
criminal riots. It is a fundamental principal of our
system of laws that the accused be allowed to know the
crime of which he or she is being accused, face his or
her accusers and confront the evidence against them.
Why indeed, were the FOCP leaders and UCD forced to
find me guilty of leading riots using only secret
evidence brought by unidentified good neighbors????
Answer: The FOCP leaders had a responsibility to the
good neighbors not to put them in jeopardy against
possible criminal retaliation by a Mr. Glenn Moyer.
In front of the police, elected officials, department
of recreation officials, the FOCP leader insinuated
that I may retaliate against individuals if I were
given the opportunity to address the complaints
against the clark park festivals! Ms. Roberts, of the
SHCA gang, was the ex officio of FOCP and Mr.
Goldstein of Penn Real Estate, UCD, conducted the
trial. The agenda was to destroy the mini children's
festival and cut several hours from our neighborhood
celebration.
Afterwards, the trial was concluded at the subsequent
meeting when I was out of the state and could not
bring the evidence I had collected which showed that
the known complainers made bold lies. (For anyone
that was not at a Clark Park festival from 1999-2004,
Id like to assure you that it is not true that I led
wild alcohol soaked animals on a campaign of arson,
killing, and rioting to lower the property values of
the terrified good neighbors as we pissed in their
yards.)
The tactic, suggesting criminal retaliation, is used
so routinely by our elite leaders that the more
dim-witted socialites cant understand how they shine
the light on their own character and agenda with
statements like this:

PS. By the way, Wendell Lewis refused to release the
records of the Clark Park revitalization when asked
publicly by me at one of the tightly controlled BID
presentations. Lewey wouldn't answer my demand for
transparency but pointed to the UCD "Report Card" as
the evidence that should be used to evaluate UCD. If
you weren't there, many of our neighbors at the
assembly laughed. Someone else yelled out, "I guess
the answer is no"
Simply the attendance records of the master plan
steering committee and the Quality of Life Task force
would speak volumes about UCDs community engagement.
