Does anyone know what was disclosed about the hotel project at the last couple Spruce Hill Board meetings? From the report, Mr. Grossbach and possibly others have met with Mr. Lussenhop. Were they angry that Lussenhop hadn't disclosed his plan before seeking the de-listing of the property by the historical commission, so that he could destroy the entire historic building?
Shouldn't Campus Apts/Lussenhop have asked for community input before seeking de-listing of an historic property back in July? These guys know about Penn's wish for community engagement. If Lussenhop got the decision on July 13th, he must have tried to start this much earlier. Was SHCA in the dark at that point or when was this first disclosed to SHCA? UCHS?
