Thanks for all the advice about removing the steering wheel lock. A few people suggested using a Saws-All. I don¹t have one, and the car is not near my house so I couldn¹t use an electric outlet. Might a Saws-All be battery driven? I heard about a recently opened local tool library, but don¹t remember the details. Can anyone give me contact info for it?
