parking and noise, when he JUST TOLD THEM, for like the
TWENTIETH time, that the DEMAND for hotels like this is HUGE
-- hundreds of thousands of outpatient visits to hup and
chop ALONE -- that's WHY the hotel has to be built, for
crissakes, it's not for the NEIGHBORS' use, and yet they
keep ASKING me about TRAFFIC and PARKING and NOISE my god
can't these numbskulls SEE? I'm promising them that traffic
will NOT be a problem and neither will PARKING or NOISE no
not even from the hotel restaurant and all the other
businesses that will spring up across the street so why
can't we just get the damn building built so I can get my
check from penn and move on to my next project? jesus."
