Did anybody notice on whose behalf the application for certification to operate a restaurant with live entertainment (you know, not a strip club... a guitar or piano player) was submitted to the Zoning Board? Not Tom Lussenhop, but Ed Datz of the Penn Real Estate Dept. It was denied, in case you're worried. They'll probably appeal. Be on the alert.
