[UC] Car broken into Baltimore Near Clavary ( 48th)

Just saw a car with a broken passenger side window.  It was a black 
volkswagon, jetta, or similar model.  It had a yellow club on the 
steering wheel.  I saw the smashed glass in the curb next to the car. 
Hope that this message finds the owner.
