Dear neighbors,
I have forwarded photographs from this location, taken Feb 12, to our local
newspaper. Here are pictures taken Feb. 19 and 20th. The corporate trash
violations seem to start at 3 PM the day before trash day on the regular
schedule. Two days prior when we are on the holiday schedule.
Simply click the link and then on Campus 1 and 2. The pictures are on the
north side of Pine on both sides of 41st. Please note the additional
violations, the volume of trash and lack of recycling. If you walked the area
on Tues and Wed, you will know that this is rampant in the beige block,
corporate housing area.

But please remember that the hotel project will be the "greenest" development
since the Amazon rain forest! Also remember that the hotel trash will be dealt
with in a sophisticated manner that will be invisible in the residential
neighborhood! Hahaha.
Thank heavens the UCD Board is committed to making the neighborhood cleaner and
safer!!! Hahahahahaha
