I've forwarded information on this problem to a UCD board member, and now the
UCD staff has been asked, and has agreed, NOT to remove your missing cat
flyers from poles in the neighborhood.
So now, I've been asked to tell you that if you want to put flyers up again,
the flyers will stay up.
