For some reason it doesn't seem like the police have made an issue out of this.
I really think something needs to be done.
Maybe if we write a letter to the mayor or the Police commissioner or
something.
This needs to become an issue.
Who wants to live in a neighborhood that they can't park their car 10 feet
away from their house?
We have City Police, Penn Police, UCD Ambassadors (Allied Security), Penn
Patrol, USP Security, Drexel Security, Septa Police. We are probably the most
highly surveilled area of Philadelphia, and still our neighborhood is
saturated with crime, robbery, theft, and violence, it's difficult to fathom.
With all this security you would think the people would feel safe???

the 900 block of south 48th. There was nothing visible in that car either.
