I walked up Pine between 40th and 41st at 4:30 PM. Our good neighbor, Campus Apts, has massive trash violations from the Campus Inn for as far as the eye can see towards beige block.
I guess this good neighbor, Campus Apts; the good UCD, and the good trash police have shown us civic pride in our cleaner safer district. I think Dexter Bryant, UCD, and Commissioner Carlton Williams should put on phillies uniforms too. The rest of you; go pay your trash tickets! A guilty 3rd class citizen, Glenn
