Apparently a lot of people at PCPC weren't very happy with that
situation either, although my friend there said "It's not unusual in
Philadelphia, unfortunately" and cited the David Ortiz situation with
which I'm not familiar. He met another Woodland Terrace resident in a
social situation recently and was surprised to hear that he was
opposed to the hotel project as he was surprised to hear today that I
was against it. He was also unaware of Homewood Hotels' minimum room
size and room number requirements. He suggested that concerned
residents contact Michelle Webb at PCPC because she is the UC person
