Glenn,
There's nothing false about it. You yourself keep saying you got trash
tickets. All I know about your trash tickets is from your own publicity.
I repeat your own statements of fact about yourself. You got trash
tickets. Everybody on UC-list now knows you got trash tickets, thanks to
your numerous posts.
Where we part ways, is that you seem to expect us to admire you for
getting trash tickets. Well, I for one don't. And I think it's rather
silly of you to keep carrying on in public about them as you do. Why
this should constitute bullying, or cause fear in you or anybody,
though, is beyond me.
At any rate, good luck in your appeal. I got a trash ticket myself once,
and I beat it. I mounted a clear, humble, brief defense with a bit of
evidence (the trash had been set out by my next-door neighbor) and the
hearing officer voided the ticket. Maybe if you turn down the volume a
little, you too will make out.

Just to set the public record straight: Of course, I always pick up
after Sam, my dog. And, my work and reporting on the trash ticket
problem is well known as is the condition of my house on trash day. (
I have not yet heard from municipal court about any action against the
streets department and bureau of administrative adjudication although
I was told that the problem would be referred to the President judge.)

One of the elements to consider about FOCP President West’s style of
bullying is the inclusion of any assortment of lies and serious false
insinuations in the personal attacks. The President’s willingness to
lie is meant to cause fear in the victim.
