URGENT: Sweet cat w/ no ID is being held at PACCA since Tuesday.
Because the cat happened to bite a person, the Health Department is
in control of it, and it is being observed for ten days for rabies.
If you are missing a cat from that area, please contact PACCA asap.
IF they can not prove that the cat has been immunized and that it
has an owner, they will have to put the animal down.
