Up until about 6 months ago, there was a replacement window company, Vinyl Tech, on 41st above Market (across and just up from Pep Boys). I went there yesterday and today, and have been calling their number, but they seem to be gone -- the phone rings but nobody answers. Does anybody know if they moved, closed up shop, etc? Al Krigman
