Wilbur, a beautiful all-black adult male cat, about 12-13 lbs, is
missing from the 4500 block of Regent. He is an outdoor TNR'd kitty,
who's lived on the block for several years. It is quite unlike him to
be away from his porch for more than a couple hours, so his keeper is
very concerned. He may be injured or stuck in a shed or basement
nearby. Wilbur knows his name but is not likely to come when called
by anyone but his keeper. He is wary of cars and people and dogs,
but sometimes is combative with other cats----but mainly that is when
they invade what he perceives to be his territory. He's disease-free
and is up-to-date on his shots.
