There were 2 big dogs wandering around on the 4300 block of Spruce this morning around 9:20-9:30. I don't know enough about dogs to know what kinds they were, but they were clearly together, and they were clearly not with their owner. They looked too nice to be strays, but they were big enough that I didn't want to get close to see if they had collars and tags.
