proposing to adopt a pet, should be blocked.

Good idea. With the judicious application of dog disorder in the Bowl,
maybe the National Geographic would send the Dog Whisperer Caesar
Milan, here, to tape him training owners and rehabilitating dogs in
the Hood; uhhh, maybe some of the owners need rehab, too.
