Dear citizens, My gosh, this is almost the entire budget for the public library. It doesn’t say how much Praxis is paid. But paying Altman of PCPC and PHC fame, 169,000 is criminal. The PCPC and PHC should be terminated completely. These are the ways to solve the budget problem instead of cutting essential services the people need.
Altman, the PCPC, the PHC, the mayors plutocracy lawyers, etc. aren’t worth one penny of taxpayer money!!! It would be worth taxpayer money to get rid of them! Put another way: Nutter's payroll has grown at more than twice the rate of the city's unionized payroll, which increased by 3.8 percent last year. The mayor pointed out that some of his senior aides, such as Deputy Mayor of Planning and Economic Development Andrew Altman, took large pay cuts when they entered city employment.
