Glenn, who is a neighborhood real-estate millionaire property magnate,
has long been complaining that his numerous trash tickets derive from
persecution by UCD, rather than from the numerous trash violations at
his numerous properties that he keeps reporting.
I'm not a real-estate millionaire, so I wouldn't know first hand. As a
single-home owner, I've had 1 trash ticket in 30 years, which I beat, by
presenting the facts of the case.
My opinion is worthless in this case. But the opinion of Glenn's peers
is meaningful. Will any other real-estate millionaires on UC-list report
they are being persecuted with unjustified trash tickets?
A lot of millionaire housing providers read this list. If there is a
pattern here, we ought to be able to discern it. Is Glenn one of
ordinary "victims" in his industry, or stand-out trash violator? UC-list
ought to be able to discern.
At the moment, Glenn stands out. He is, by his own announcement, the
trashiest landlord in University City. But I'd like better information
before I confirmed this description. He may be confused and mistaken
about his statements.
Are any other housing providers experiencing the trash-ticket problems
Glenn has been experiencing since 2003 at least?
