Thanks for posting this, Kyle! I ran into the couple a little
while ago and have been searching around. No luck (yet).
I should also point out that it is an elderly couple, who are dog
sitting for their daughter who is out of town, so the dog is
unfamiliar with the area and is also shy and afraid of other dogs.
The couple are quite limited in their ability to walk around the
neighborhood to search, so whatever we can do to help them..... Her
name is Libby.
