From what I know Libby hasn't been found. A few folks were out
looking for her yesterday and last night. Earlier yesterday someone
spotted her going north on 46th, just above Locust. He tried to catch
up to her, but lost her after she turned into an alley. She could
still be in the area so PLEASE do keep an eye out - streets,
alleyways, open yards, under porches, etc. I've asked the family to
keep me posted. If you see or hear of anything, please call Edward
