Hi All, There is cat on the roof of my house. It seems lethargic and looks like it has had a hard life. I suspect that it is quite ill. I've put out food and water, but am terribly allergic so it cannot come inside. I also have a dog that does not like cats or other animals. Can anyone offer advice or take it in? Thanks for any help, I hate to see this animal suffer. S.
