I don't think so.? I believe that this one is the attempt to re-zone the old 
Rite-Aid site at 43rd and Walnut.? The Hotel is being moved to 41st and Walnut 
and is already commercially zoned.

Spruce Hill should listen and be aware of what is going on here.? There was a 
previous attempt to get a State Liquor Store placed there, but it was 
successfully fought on the basis of improper zoning on the site and a couple of 
other features.? This Planning Commission hearing might be an attempt to 
circumvent the zoning code by actually changing the code from residential to 
commercial and then many things will be allowed there by right.

But I might be wrong
