THIS SATURDAY'S PARK FUNDRAISING PARTY AT STUDIO 34
promises to be the best way around to spend a casual summer evening in
town! Swing by between 7 and 10 pm -- have a good time and do a good deed.
There'll be local entertainment galore. Musicians include Faded Glory,
PK, Cowmuddy and Greek folk performers. The back room at Studio 34 will
host a reading of Bill Burrison's "Autumn Colors", one of five short
plays set in Clark Park, along with videos.
Food and beverages are being provided by the Farmers' Market and a host
of neighborhood restaurants. Enjoy fresh fare of Ethiopian, Korean and
Pizzerian origin ... and more. Wine and beer too.
All this for only $10! You can give more, of course. Proceeds go to fund
the Park A Revitalization Campaign.
Studio 34 is located at 4522 Baltimore Ave. We hope to see lots of our
friends and neighbors then.
