Thanks for letting me know. A guy from the water department was just
here. He said he knew nothing about any break and neither did the
person on the phone at the water department.
The water's running clear now. I asked the water dept. guy if the
water was safe to drink and he said yes, and when I asked how he knew
he said, "because everybody gets the same water."
There ya go. It's official.

Yes, the Water Dept was definitely working there. They shut off
the water to my building at 4800 Baltimore, too.
