This new Daily News forum for rating city services and government has not been widely promoted so far. It's unclear if a plan exists for delivery of this citizen feedback to the city departments, mayor, city council, etc., with a plan to request responses.
I posted a brief description about the bogus trash tickets arriving by mail after 5 months. I noticed someone posted a comment about tickets written at 8 AM and delivered at 10:30. (But the brief comment didn't describe the incident.) This new wrinkle on the trash ticket harassment that Al and Melani described should be widely exposed. Here is a link to the site.
