Hi Everyone.
My grandson will be playing Willie Wonka in the production of Willie
Wonka and the Chocolate Factory in December, well past Halloween. He
needs help with the costuming and I volunteered to ask for items that
he might need from folks like you. My grandson is 11 years old,
and sizing would be in the size 14-18 for boys...or thereabouts. I
can do alterations on the tailcoat or the trousers. I realize that
getting these items is a long shot, but I am willing to try. I do
thank everyone in advance for their help.
This is a description of what the costume entails:
Willy Wonka had a black top hat on his head.
He wore a tailcoat of a beautiful plum-colored velvet.
His trousers were bottle green.
His gloves were pearly gray.
And in one hand he carried a fine gold topped walking cane.
He wore some Black shoes with white spats.
If anyone could help out with some of these items, it would be most
helpful.
