LOST SKINNY BLACK LAB MIX!!! (West Philadelphia)

An emaciated black lab mix was lost in West Philly this weekend. She
may be wearing a pink collar with a PSPCA tag and her belly is shaved
and sutured from being spayed last week! She is a rescue who has a
wonderful adoptive home waiting for her, and it is tragic that she is
