Anyone know what is moving into 47th & Cedar- where the Carrot Cake Man used to be? When I drive by in the mornings I see renovations taking place.

I also commend the management for offering it at a neighborhood people's price of $4 and including a few pieces of cantelope. (I'd like to see more simple healthy options available at people's prices in neighborhood restaurants.)
