Monday evening a 79 yo BF grandmother briefly related to me how her baby (grandson) was shot and killed, at a night-spot, while ostensibly attending someone's dinner/b'day party. Saw Mike Meehan, Wednesday, forgot to ask how his nephew was, after not that long ago being shot in Market St/Old City. I have repeatedly told young ladies to party in UC rather that Northern Liberties. "When parents spend $40K or more per year to send their kids to UPenn, you know the Penn Police are going to make every good effort to maintain safety and security and you might meet a nice successful Penn boy."
