Hello everyone: I have a single decent knife in my kitchen, and it is in desperate need of sharpening. I am thinking of just going to Koch's or Varsity and seeing if they'll do it for me with their sharpener for $5 or something like that. But before I do, does anyone know of any businesses that specifically offer this service in the neighborhood?
