Neighbors,

The Friends of Rittenhouse Square sound a lot like FOCP. Please understand
that parks in upscale neighborhoods will be privatized. Like public schools,
parks in poor neighborhoods will be abandoned and then sold.

Im in Europe, but before I left I tried to meet with DiBernardis. He is full
of shit and stays behind his locked doors! He will only assert a willingness
to meet with the public when cameras are focused on him and when you catch the
weasal in public. (My comment to the article is 92 or 93)

My time in Philadelphia is coming to a close. i can not help Clark Park
anymore. Philadelphia has moved from a corrupt city to the laboratory for the
new fascism! I care about the people, who will find the park closed and
forever changed this summer, in ways to shut them out. Most have no idea about
what is planned! i know the majority of middle class people on the list servs
do not care about much of anything except the hope that their property values
go up. It is the middle class who sold out the hope for democracy.
