Subject: Sick Kitty from SEPTA Station Needs Donations for Veterinary Care

Date: June 5, 2010 12:02:58 AM EDT

An early Memorial Day trapping session yielded several gorgeous feral cats along with this poor baby.  "

Vanessa" was found severly emaciated, dehyrated and is currently unable to control her bladder or bowels.  When we first found her, she needed around the clock nursing care. Every 3 hours she needed to be hand-fed, bathed and towel dried.  We've had several blood tests done, but the underlying cause has not yet been found yet.

We know "Vanessa" has the potential to grow into a beautiful, healthy cat.  She just needs a little help and love.  We are asking for donations to cover her veterinary bills.  If you or someone you know can help, please send to:

Project MEOW, Calvary Center for Community and Culture, 801 S. 48th Street Philadelphia, PA 19143.  Please write "for Vanessa" on the front of the envelope.

Thanks so much everyone.
