I've just heard that a white kitten - maybe 2-3 mos old - was found on
the Baltimore Ave side of Clark Park earlier this evening. The man
who found the kitten does odd jobs (outdoors) in the neighborhood, but
lives in another neighborhood so wasn't able to take the kitten with
him. He has left it with one of the Baltimore Ave markets for the
night and says he'll return in the morning to take the kitten to
Animal Control (ACCT, in North Philly).
It's likely a stray, but if you know anyone near the park who has a
white kitten, please email back asap. And, if anyone out there wants
to save this kitten from the shelter experience, please do get in
touch. Don't know the exact time he plans to take the kitten to
N.Philly...
