Subject: Chow running loose on 45th and Market
Waiting at the bus stop on 44th and Chestnut, I noticed a fairly
well-groomed chow with a halter type thing going on around his
body. I followed him up 44th towards market. he made a left going
west. I tried to call and coax him but he was just too fast and
knowing what i know about chows being stand-offish i thought i
better exercise caution. This was about 10 minutes ago. he passed
by the vet and kept going.
