Sadly, it does not appear that the lawsuit requests any injunctive relief, so unless something else is filed quickly, the demolition now scheduled for today will likely go forward. We know that some tenants were allowed to go to the building yesterday and request that some personal belongings be brought out to them, but do not know how many people were able to get over there on short notice and how much of their stuff was able to be found (reports that the building was looted). The way this whole situation has been handled has been a travesty.

Hi. Two Windermere residents have filed a class action lawsuit against
the buildings owners and management company. Not a big surprise
really. They waited as long as they could in hopes of people getting
their pets and stuff out of the building. The link below has more
