But Brian, our input or discussions about Clark Park have no relevance any longer!

The Clark Park Partnership and the Department of Recreation have ended our constitutional right to participate in any and all decisions regarding Clark Park.

This new address has no value other than for one-way propaganda.Perhaps it is a better format for marketing (e.g.Youcie), but let's be honest with the people.Posting to this site has the same value as participating in a Fox News Poll.

Clark Park is controlled by the University of Pennsylvania, Department of Institutional Real Estate.Period!

Shame on the Friends of Clark Park,

Sincerely,
Glenn Moyer

The Friends of Clark Park is moving to a new website, at http://www.friendsofclarkpark.org.

We're hoping that this site will be more of a community discussion forum about the park. We've adopted a Wordpress system, which makes the site more of a community blog than the old site. This should motivate us to get information out to the West Philadelphia community more frequently and more efficiently. Users can submit news posts, but commenting's open for everyone. And we hope that you'll use the ShareThis links to recirculate important news to Facebook, Twitter, and other online community sites.

The site's still in progress, and a great deal depends on what Wordpress plugins work for us. But for now, bookmark http://www.friendsofclarkpark.org, and stay in touch.

(The old website at http://www.clarkpark.info will stay up for a while.)
