Letter to Nutter
Hi folks -
In my last message, I neglected to mention that we are seeking
Philly-based businesses and community groups such as non-profits,
neighborhood associations, local and national animal advocacy &
rescue groups, etc to sign on to our open letter to the Mayor. We
believe that by joining together on the letter, as well as having
individuals email/call that we will have a much more powerful
message and that the city will be shamed into activating PHL CART
and become accountable for the missing funding.
