Concert and contra dance with music by

Lissa Schneckenburger
New England fiddle and song
"A world class fiddler. Far from just offering one dance tune after another.
Settings allow the true beauty of the music to shine through." - Sing Out

Crossroads Music,
at Studio 34
4522 Baltimore Avenue, 2nd floor

Tickets ($7-21) are available online (www.crossroadsconcerts.org) and at the
door until we sell out.

The traditional music of New England can be as warm and comforting as a winter
fire or as potent and exhilarating as a summer thunderstorm. Fiddler and singer
Lissa Schneckenburger is a master of both moods, a winsome, sweet-voiced singer
who brings new life to old ballads and a skillful, dynamic fiddler who captures
the driving rhythm and carefree joy of dance tunes old and new. This event will
begin with a concert of songs and tunes and be followed by a contradance with
live music provided by Lissa and guitarist Bethany Waickman and Ellie Knickman
calling. A short lesson for beginners will be provided during the intermission.
